Sales Professional: 

Role and Responsibilities: Sales Professional will seek out and evaluate government agencies and/or commercial entities as potential targets for purchase of Visible Good shelter systems and components. Leads will be generated through the Sales Professional’s current contacts and through management directed targeted markets and companies.  This professional will be articulate, confident and have extremely strong communication skills.  Prior experience with logistics, construction, military and government related organizations will be valued.

 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Complex Sales Role
  • Familiarity and functional knowledge of Government Agency and/or Prime Vendor Purchasing
  • Some Mechanical ability or aptitude; Occasional assembly/dis-assembly of demonstration shelters may be required
  • Education: Bachelor Degree preferred; Previous on-the-job related experience helpful
  • Basic Computer Skills Required:  Email, Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel

Pay Rate: Commission

——————————————————————————-Assembly Technician: 

Role and Responsibilities: Activities would include: material handling, loading & off-loading trucks; Visual quality inspection of materials and sub-assemblies; gluing and clamping large format, light weight panels; “nuts & bolts” type assembly; occasional painting, cleaning and assembly shop maintenance.  Some use of power tools typical of carpentry or cabinet making shops is required.

Use of tools:  Familiarity with all basic carpentry & mechanics tools is a must.  Some use of power tools (table saw, chop saw, drill & drill press, router, etc.) required*Tools provided by company

Part-Time or Full-Time hours available.  Flexibility to ramp up hours in response to demand as needed

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 1-2 years’ experience in manufacturing/assembly industry
  • Familiarity with setup and operation of CNC panel cutters & other basic assembly equipment preferred.

Pay Rate: $12-$14/hr.

Operations Manager:

Role and Responsibilities: Manage team of large-format product assemblers in growing business.  Streamline existing assembly systems and protocols for production of RDM shelter kits.  Interface with designers and engineers on product design and design as it relates to production efficiency, management of day-to-day activities on production floor and production personnel.  Maintain an environment focused on quality and precision.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • 7-10 years’ experience in manufacturing/assembly industry
  • Familiarity and functional knowledge of CAD software, particularly Solidworks 3D CAD
  • Tool use/knowledge: Familiarity with all basic carpentry & mechanics tools is a must.  Some use of power tools (table saw, chop saw, drill & drill press, router, etc) required; familiarity with setup and operation of CNC panel cutters & other basic assembly equipment preferred.
